Before you book
Space, access & timing
Every venue is different, so we talk through the practicalities with every enquiry rather than applying a one-size-fits-all rule. As a general guide:
Flat, clear ground
Most rides and inflatables need reasonably flat, debris-free ground — grass or hard standing both usually work.
Vehicle access
Larger rides need a clear route in for a trailer or van — let us know about gates, driveways or narrow access.
Power
Some equipment needs a nearby power supply; others are self-powered. We’ll confirm what your chosen equipment needs.
